Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date, as well as no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted directly via email. We highly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
